Through the booking form we may collect the client name, email address, phone number, selected service, preferred date and time, and additional comments.

When online payments are enabled, we may also process technical payment-related data such as payment status, transaction identifier, payment method, and transaction information returned by the bank or payment provider.

We use the data to manage bookings, communicate with clients, send confirmations and invõices, and provide our services.

When online payments are enabled on the website, data is also used for payment acceptance, transaction confirmation, fraud prevention, and accounting compliance.

For online payments, personal data may be processed by payment service providers, banks, card schemes, accounting software, and email service providers to the extent necessary for secure payment processing.

Dary OÜ does not store full bank card details when payments are processed through a certified payment intermediary.

Booking, invõice, and payment-related data is retained for as long as necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Accounting source documents and invõices are retained in accordance with Estonian law.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate data, restrict processing, request erasure where permitted by law, and object to processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.
